I strive to empower patients through education and encouragement to take responsibility for their own health. I want to help patients live longer, more fulfilling lives by helping them manage their chronic illnesses. I encourage primary prevention and wellness. When I am not working, I enjoy traveling, spending time with family, exercise, reading and volunteering in church ministry.
